I’ve spent the past 13+ years managing projects across IT, digital transformation, marketing and communications.
I’ve worked with large organizations, small teams and everything in between. My background lets me move comfortably between technical teams, leadership, creative teams and external partners.
Today, through Project ADP, I work independently with organizations that need an experienced project manager — without necessarily needing one full-time.

Digital Platform & CRM Strategy
Led a needs assessment to identify TIA Yukon’s requirements for a collaborative digital platform and CRM. Evaluated available solutions, developed a strategic recommendation, and supported the implementation of the selected platform.
Marketing: Pan-Canadian recruitment initiative
Vivre aux Territoires is a pan-Canadian recruitment initiative designed to attract bilingual workers to Yukon, the Northwest Territories and Nunavut. I’ve managed the account since 2019, overseeing the strategy and evolution of the annual campaign across multiple phases—from campaign planning and creative development to digital marketing, content and web initiatives.
Pan-Canadian Youth Program
Since 2019, I’ve supported this pan-Canadian youth program in a variety of capacities, starting with field work and program support before transitioning into a communications and digital consulting role. Today, I support their website, outreach campaigns, analytics, communications strategy, and social media best practices.
Project Management & Governance
Leading project management for GreenShield Québec, establishing a structured delivery model with clear governance, tools, reporting, and recurring checkpoints. Coordinating and tracking 100+ initiatives while aligning teams around shared goals, onboarding, accountability, and continuous improvement.
